Please note: On digital items, effective December 1, 2019, member discount will be only applied on any order totaling more than $100 before applicable taxes. Digital materials are already discounted and you do save on shipping.
Please remember that sales of archive materials provides funds that allow our Archives to keep functioning. Without the funds to house, scan and catalog this material, the material will simply become unavailable. If the Archive was not staffed by volunteers, prices would easily be 3-4 times present prices.
The committee will assist you with determining what information in the Archives is applicable to your project and help you order copies.
Specific research requests that are expected to take over 10 minutes to research will be charged $25 per hour for the first hour and then $15 per hour for each additional hour or increment of an hour. The fees will be treated as donations. When a specific research request is received the requestor will be advised of the expected time the research will take. The requestor will be asked to provide a credit card number before the research begins. The requestor will also be asked to specify the number of research hours authorized.
As always, members may come during normal Archives work session or by appointment and do their own research at no charge.
