Sheet 1. Drawing actually starts east of MP 354, and shows location of "Blake Interlocking Tower and twin 50,000 gal water tanks at Blake. Shows Mills Grave Yard at Jug Neck curve. Proposed route would have been triple track from Blake all the way to Bluefield, on south side of East River between Blake and present-day WV Route 112. Would have crossed present day WV route 112 (shown as US Route 21 on map) on a 500' +/- steel viaduct to revised original route. Obviously never built. |
